"Beyond Sibling Rivalry: Keeping the Peace"

Seminar Description: In this seminar you will discover the reasons for sibling quarrels and learn techniques to help children minimize and resolve conflicts. Learn when and how to become a successful mediator and help your children develop the skills they need to become cooperative, caring, and compassionate.

Presenter: Lori Longo, MA- Child Development Specialist : A parenting educator for more than two decades, Lori specializes in child development, discipline, and separation issues. Lori teachers a number of classes at the Parents Place in Palo Alto, including "Feisty 3's and 4's", "Spirited Child," and "Parenting Twins." She was a teacher and a director at parent cooperative preschools for more than 20 years. A graduate of Scripps college, where she receieved her BA in psychology, Lori earned her MA in child development from Michigan State University.
