National PTA Reflections

Reflections is a national PTA program that encourages millions of students to
explore their artistic talents. It is an arts recognition program inviting
students to create art in six different areas: Dance choreography, Film
production, Literature, Musical composition, Photography, and Visual arts.

Each year the PTA Reflections Program challenges students to create art inspired
by a theme. This year's theme is "The Magic of a Moment ... "

Three entries in each of the six areas will be selected (through a judging
process) to compete at the Council level. Winners at the council level will
advance to the district level (Santa Clara County is part of California 6th
District PTA), and on to the State and finally National PTA.

There are strict guidelines as far as size and format for pieces to be
submitted. When entry forms have been updated for this year, I will send out a
link.

Entries must be received in Sacramento by Thursday, November 1, 2012.
